These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Refound.org PMA; a State National Community (“Company,”, “we,”, “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Refound.org website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By registering with the Refound.org PMA, you hereby agree you are not a public official, agent or legal person of any government (State or Federal) or public office. You agree that you have no oaths and you hereby repudiate any allegiance you may have. You agree to keep all content of Refound.org private and not to share with a third party. Should you infringe upon the rights of private men/women in Refound.org or use any content without express written permission you agree to pay the equivalent of one hundred and eleven million dollars in gold.
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
